Benoit Connectors maintains a large inventory of API 5CT Mechanical Tubing for manufacturing Premium & API accessories in all sizes, grades, and thread profiles to meet any well completion requirement. Following a receiving inspection, every length of mechanical tubing is marked with a unique identifying control number, for traceability

Benoit™ also maintains a large assortment of heavy wall & solid stock material in Carbon & Special Alloy grades up to 110 min. yield. Cross-over subs & other specialty items can be manufactured in any configuration or thread profile.

Connections on Carbon Steel accessories are Zinc-Phosphate coated to minimize galling & corrosion.

Chrome Alloy accessories are end blasted & Dry Moly coated.

Identifying control numbers applied to raw stock follows each piece throughout the manufacturing process. Finished product is low stress metal stamped with identifying control numbers ensuring continued traceability throughout the life of the product.

Accessories can be made up into assemblies for ease of handling at the well. Torquing is available by conventional or computer controlled methods. Internal pressure testing can be performed with water or gas, as specified by the customer.

Assemblies are packaged to prevent damage during shipment. End connectors are fitted with approved thread protectors.

Assemblies & accessories are loaded & delivered to specified locations.
